The Board of Daphne Technology has appointed Vincent Lo Cicero as Chief Executive Officer, effective 31 August 2026, succeeding Jamie Brick, who has led the company as interim Chief Executive Officer.
Vincent is an international business executive and entrepreneur with more than 35 years of experience across the industrial, energy, capital equipment and technology sectors. He has held senior leadership roles in Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific. In 2016, he founded an industrial technology and equipment company. He led it for ten years, from start-up to an established business in industrial equipment, IoT and safety technologies, before a successful exit.
His energy sector experience includes two senior roles with Exterran Energy Solutions, as Managing Director for the Middle East and Africa and as Vice President of Operations for the Eastern Hemisphere. In those roles he worked with international and national energy companies in natural gas compression, processing, water treatment and contract operations. He holds an MSc in Electro-Mechanical Engineering from Universidad de Belgrano and completed the Board of Directors Programme at IESE Business School.
Vincent takes up the role at a time of rising regulatory and commercial pressure on methane and greenhouse gas emissions in the maritime and oil and gas industries. The Board has appointed him to lead the company through its next phase of growth in these markets.

Riku-Pekka Hagg, Chair of the Board of Daphne Technology, said: “The Board set out to find a leader with the industrial and commercial experience to take Daphne Technology forward, and with the entrepreneurial track record to match. Vincent stood out from the very beginning. He has run international operations in the energy sector, and he has built an industrial technology business from start-up to exit.”

“The methane abatement market is at an inflection point. Regulatory pressure is building on both sides of the Atlantic, and beyond compliance, reducing these emissions is simply the right thing to do for the planet. The market need is real. My first priority is technology and manufacturing readiness, so that we can deliver at scale,” said Vincent Lo Cicero, Chief Executive Officer of Daphne Technology.
The Board also takes this opportunity to sincerely thank Jamie Brick for his contribution as interim Chief Executive Officer. He has maintained continuity for partners, investors and employees, and has kept the business moving through the transition period.
The Board welcomes Vincent to Daphne Technology and looks forward to working with him.
